1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing any course or chapter on the ESI Global platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access your purchased content.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without our written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an automated manner.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, assessments, logos, and platform content are the exclusive property of ESI Global and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing access to a chapter or course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view that content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESI Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@esi-global.com.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
